You can remove the data NTX Performance received from Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram) or any other connected account at any time, and you can delete your whole NTX account.

1. Disconnect a Google or Meta account

  • Sign in at ntxperformance.com and open the client → Integrations.
  • Click “Disconnect” next to Google Analytics or Meta Ads.
  • NTX deletes the stored access tokens right away and stops syncing. You can also ask us to delete the metrics already imported from that account.

You can also revoke access from the other side: in Google at myaccount.google.com/permissions, or in Facebook at Settings & privacy → Settings → Business integrations → NTX Performance → Remove.

2. Delete your NTX account and all its data

Email [email protected] from the address of your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We confirm the request and delete your account, workspaces, clients, videos, analyses, imported metrics and connected-account tokens within 30 days. Backups are overwritten within a further 30 days.

If you only connected your Google or Meta account through an invitation link sent by a filmmaker or agency (without an NTX account), email us the address you used and we will delete everything received from it.
