Terms of Service

1. The service

NTX Performance measures and analyzes videos, scripts and ads: performance tracking, video and script analysis with AI, and script writing. Features and limits depend on your plan.

2. Your account

Keep your login private and tell us right away about any unauthorized use. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the people you invite.

3. Your content and connected accounts

You keep all rights to the videos, scripts and data you add. You give NTX permission to store and process them only to provide the service to you.

You may only connect Google, Meta or other accounts that you are authorized to access, and only upload content you have the right to use. NTX reads connected accounts with read-only access and never changes your ads.

4. Plans and payments

Paid plans renew automatically each month or year until canceled. You can cancel anytime; access continues until the end of the paid period. Prices for Pix payments in Brazil follow the dollar rate of the payment day. Except where the law requires, payments are not refundable.

5. Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no attempts to access other people's data, overload or break the service, resell it without permission, or use it for anything illegal.

6. AI analyses

Scores, recommendations and scripts are generated with AI and are guidance, not guarantees of results. Review them before using them in campaigns.

7. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, NTX Group is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to what you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Ending

You can stop using the service and delete your account at any time (see the data deletion page). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
